Setting this up took only a few minutes. Shocking, I know, technology actually doing what it’s supposed to for once

I’ve been using SymlexVPN on my MacBook for a few weeks now, maybe since late last month or around then, and it’s been solid overall. The app opens quickly and connects most of the time without any hassle. Speeds have been fine for normal browsing and watching videos. One time it got stuck when I was switching servers, so I had to close and reopen the app, but that hasn’t really been a regular thing. It’s not perfect, but for what I need, it does the job

I’ve tried it on my phone, laptop, and TV, and... it works fine on all of them. Convenient, honestly

Paid with my card and it went through super fast. why can’t every checkout be this simple? No weird errors, no endless loading screen, no random hassle at the last second. Just paid and moved on with my day.

I mainly chose Symlex VPN because of the server locations, and so far it’s worked out well for me. I’ve used a few VPNs in the past where they had tons of servers, but not in the countries I actually needed. With this one, the locations are more useful for me, and switching between them has been quick. Nice not having to download and test a bunch of different apps just to find one region

I went with symlexvpn mostly because the pricing seemed reasonable when I compared it with a few other VPNs. The monthly plan is fine if you just want to try it out or don’t want to commit right away, but the longer subscription makes more sense if you know you’re going to use it for a while, since the value is better overall. It’s not the absolute cheapest VPN I’ve ever seen, so I wouldn’t say it’s a crazy bargain, but for normal everyday use, the price feels fair to me. I do wish they offered more discounts or special deals every now and then, because that would make it even easier to recommend. Still, for what I’m paying and what I’m getting, I’m satisfied. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been using this for long video calls, and the connection hasn’t dropped on me at all. For anyone else who spends a lot of the day on calls or meetings, I think you’ll really appreciate how reliably it stays connected.

I’m usually skeptical when companies go on about “privacy” because half the time it feels like marketing fluff, but this one actually does what I need. Nothing fancy, it just works and feels like my stuff stays private.

I mostly got this for streaming, and it’s been okay overall. Some nights Netflix plays just fine and I don’t really think about it, but other times it takes a while to connect or starts buffering right when I’m getting into a show. It’s not awful by any means, but I wouldn’t call it super reliable either. Average if you’re mainly using it for streaming

ran into a connection problem last night right after the app updated. i reached out to support thinking i’d probably get some generic reply, but they answered fast and walked me through switching the protocol and changing the DNS.
it was working again in about 10 minutes. the support guy even waited while i tested a few different sites to make sure it was fixed. really appreciated that it felt like actual troubleshooting, not just copy paste answers
